Our fee? $65/hr plus any travel expenses. Sometimes however an hourly rate
isn't appropriate in which case a flat fee will be proposed. For simpler matters,
we can conduct much (or all) of our business by phone (or email) at
the following rates:

Some free advice… While a good loan depends as
much on the individual as the security, there are always those nasty factors... for
one, who your client does business with. Since all too often farmers are
victims of con-artists (in vegetables primarily)... point out the need for
caution.
A comforting thought... as bankers assuredly lose sleep occasionally over
a loan already made, having no control thereafter, with few clues as to the
current prognosis, and as frustrating as that can be, take heart in the fact a
farmer is doing his dogged best. In almost every single case, their success is a
matter of pride. As if a contest, farmers continually try to outdo each other...
and such a competitive spirit automatically reduces the risk of the loan.
