Our fee? $65/hr plus any travel expenses. Sometimes however an hourly rate isn't
appropriate in which case a flat fee will be proposed. For simpler matters, we can
conduct much (or all) of our business by phone (or email) at the following rates:

Some free advice… as you probably know, an attorney
should be well versed in agricultural law before
taking such a case otherwise they’d be sure to lose against an attorney who is.
Working knowledge is more often than not... underestimated.
A comforting thought... while it may often seem attorneys would never
seek a comforting thought, as if too cold-hearted, we should know better. They
too have children and carry-on with such things domesticated. In weekly contact with
practically all walks of life, although often only to see the dark side of human
nature, as a policeman would, we wonder how they cope... but cope they do. We
should recognize this more, we common folks, those of the soil, more fortunate
seeing the better side of human nature on a daily basis largely. As farmers have
their world of adversity, so too does the attorney... yet more disciplined and
as mentally tough as a territorial judge.
